Ladies and gentlemen, I am finally finished with my diet! I have lost a total of 17 pounds! 127 lbs. - 110 lbs. Now I just have to figure out how to maintain all of my progress. It might be tricky, but I'll figure it out eventually. I have GOT to go shopping! All of my clother are falling off. Lol. I'll post before and after pics soon.

It took alot of dedication and effort. Nearly 2 hours of cardio every day alond with light strength training and very tiny portion sizes of very healthy food. Each meal I ate was a only about half of the size of the meals I would eat before my diet, and I only ate healthy, low fat foods and lots of veggies. I can't realy put a finger on what kept me motivated except maybe the fact that I had just turned 18 and I realized I wasn't going to just grow up into the pretty thin woman I always hoped I'd turn out to be unless I did something about it.

Ahh, sounds like hard work. The healthy small meals would be easy, but all the exercising, and how lazy I am would be hard for me. Haha, but again, great job it sounds like hard work.
